Reviews

Devon was beautiful. The caravan was spotless and very comfortable and the on site staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our holiday was lovely.

A no frills site that is very good value for money. Accommodation was equal to any other we have stayed in, small play area for children that you can look out on from your caravan (some additional seating would be helpful) A small outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool is available on the site nearest reception. The site is split over two areas across the main road but we didn't find this a problem. Easy access to local attractions, 5 min walk to Dawlish warren, couple of miles to Dawlish, 4 miles Teignmouth (good for children - great play area off the prom) 40 mins Paignton Zoo which is excellent. No club house or shop but you are close to the town and 5 min drive from Lady's Mile if you want to use their facilities.

Dawlish is a lovely place for a holiday. The site was not too big and nice and peaceful, if we had wanted to use the facilities on the other site we were able to use it.

We were extremely impressed with the standard of accommodation, location and facilities. We had a bit of a nose around other sites whilst we were there and saw nothing that looked as nice - thank you, we'd be very happy to recommend you.

Lovely place, fantastic for little ones, the beach is just a short stroll with shops and arcades and even a little fun fair for the little ones. We stayed in a Woodpecker, very clean and modern would love to go back.

First class caravan, excellent value for money. We will certainly visit again.

Caravan and contents were immaculate as was the park. Central heating option was very welcome when holidaying out of summer season. Caravan park was very peaceful but it was good to have the facilities of indoor swimming pool etc on the sister site although a car would be necessary with small children. Access to the beach was easily within walking distance.

The caravan was spotless and very comfortable. The park was very peaceful, ideal for families with very young children. The campsite was a 5 minute walk from train station which meant you didn't have to drive but still had the opportunity to explore a large part of the coastline in that area.

It was a lovely, quiet park, the caravan was immaculate and the beach was within walking distance. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance so we hardly used the car all week as we used the train and the ferry to visit popular resorts, and this made our holiday even more relaxing.

The Aspen caravan was superb, it was literally like a home from home - very modern, a fantastic double shower, separate wc, 3 piece suite and dining table, fantastic.

A very nice, quiet park with a really nice pub a really short walk away. The bus service for this park is excellent, and I would recommend one of the rover tickets, it was lovely to be able to leave the car and still get about so easily, which meant we could all enjoy a glass of wine with lunch.
